      hmm, maybe reset the x-form? Sounds like the scale is all messed up if it wouldn't export.

        do a STL Check on that mesh ... you have a Multiple edges... !! and double face's and also open edges' ....in other words... Scrap it

        EDIT : The mesh has 2850 error's in it

        Break down :

        1970 : open edge's
        634 : double face's
        19 : spike's
        899 : multi face's

          The original .3ds imported from e-interiors has over 18,000 errors in it! I can remove the open edges by selecting them in sub-object mode but that's all.

          Damn! Is there any way of cleaning it up that you guys know of?

            either find another mesh or remodel it.... does it have to be that chair ?
