Yeah I know.. first there are bugs in a beta version (shock!!), then they need a whole hour to fix it, during the holidays.. how can you trust that?

I have to say that i really appreciate the quick response of the vray team. Of course i was very scared too this morning when i found all renderjobs killed and my max refusing to work. Our deadline is on monday and we will definetly not be able to get everything rendered now.

But,
anybody who might think this is any kind of real mess shouldn't cry too loud and have a look at real mess happening to a lot of people on this planet right now! Lets see if we can help with similar response time.

haha, think of the biggest, most stable, trustworthy software company you can think of, and then go ask them if the sh*t has ever hit the fan. Then take yourself and go stand in a corner for awhile, you need a "time-out."

I challenge anyone to name a company that has ever reacted as quickly as chaos did to a problem on a holiday as big as New Years day!!!
