I'm using Vray Next Update 2.1 . Thanks for looking into it Alexander.

I have my trial. The installer detected the V-Ray Next installations and seem to be working. I could render it with both the stable build and the official builds on the site (4.20 and 4.10). I've attached the scene. If the problem still persist can you try to uninstall V-Ray for 3ds Max. Then remove all files that start with "vray..." from the 3ds Max directories "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2020", "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2020\Plugins" and "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2020\Plugins\vrayplugins". And install again so we'll be sure that only actual versions of the DLLs are installed.

      Best regards,
      Alexander

Thank you Alexander. I will test these out as soon as I can. Note that in my test I loaded an atmosphere from the Vue > Atmosphere menu in Max (I forget which specific atmosphere at this time). I probably won't get time to test again for a few days but will share my results when I do.
