Any reason why I'm getting fireflies in my reflection pass, also my GI pass. And did you guys go back to having the main reflections in the reflection pass vs. the specular?

Without a scene, it's hard to tell.

Without the scene and only looking at the images, it looks like there is some very strong source of indirect light which nevertheless does not affect the final image too much. V-Ray will generally only adapt to the RGB render element so if the bright pixels are not present in the main RGB channel itself, V-Ray will leave them as they are. You can improve this by forcing V-Ray to use more minimum AA samples.
