Bug: Lens Effects (Bloom/Glare) doesn't work with VRayPhysicalCamera, only with PhysCamera

Hello,

Tested both cameras with the same glare settings and it only worked with Max's standard Physical Camera.
I uploaded the test scene I used for this.

2019 Max, latest version of V-Ray Next (update 2, 4.20.00.00003)

Sorry, I messed with the setting a bit more and it seems the glare works with VRayPhysicalCamera, they just react to the exposure differently.
