When rendering using 6x1 cube, the lens effects do not respect the boundaries of the cube, causing unusable results.
The lens effects should be mapped to the cube faces also.

The bigger problem here is that anti-aliasing should be ignored between the cube faces.
Currently when there is a big difference in luminosity between 2 cube faces (for example one bright face and one dark) then the anti-aliasing sampling means that you end up with bright anti-aliased pixels invading into neighbouring cube faces. This ends up as bright vertical and horizontal lines all over the panorama when viewing in VR, which requires a lot of post to clean up.
