No visual means to perform a crop within a VrayBitmap

I never complain, but that this function is missing until today is really unbelievable. Such a basic function must not be missing.

As you can imagine something basic for you, might be not even ever used by the others Also there a lot of other "basic" requests and for example reminding us that you still need those on a daily basis and not for some specific project helps us to decide on prioritization.
