Could you please check if the user which is running the installation have rights to write in the above mentioned directories?
I can see that yoi are trying to install V-Ray in drive D:\Autodesk, but could you please confirm if 3ds Max 2021 is installed in the same directory?
Could you please try to remove/delete V-Ray for 3ds Max first and then try to install it again:

Please confirm where is the exact 3ds Max 2021 install directory on the machine and where you are trying to install V-Ray exactly
and if you user have the rights to write on the machines.

I run the installer as Admin too, no problem with Vray 50005 and the nightlies.
Now I lost my license.


In addition, I delete manually all the Vray scrpits and now it works fine.
