  • Interactive rendering and vraycam shift problem

In the latest update, there seems to be a problem if you have interactive camera rendering in the VFB and if you have a vertical shift set up, it kind of seems it ignores the shift that is set up, and you have to "refresh" to have it work again
it's quite annoying if you update materials at the same time, and the image is "shifting" wrong automatically

I'm also found if u use Automatic vertical shift with IPR after any update in scene or changing size of VFB vray start ignoring vertical corrections, even more it's make some unexpected distortions. Please see screenshot attached. on scree_1 is just start of IPR, screen_2 I just moved camera a bit on the left and distortion appear, screen_3 with manual Vertical tilit distortion don't match viewport

Hi guys, thanks for pointing that out. It's been reported under VMAX-10803 and our devs will have a look asap. We'll make sure to keep you updated. For now it appears that stopping and starting again the IPR will match the viewport.

            Hi again all,

We improved the release thanks to your quick feedback!

You can re-download the new V-Ray 5 Update 1 installations from our Chaos download page now, the IPR issue should be fixed - do share your feedback.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience! Many thanks!
