    Hi, having a similar issue, connection refused. Anyone know how to fix?
    Do you block 3ds max internet connection?

      Hi, no we have no such thing set up here, however our network infrastructure is handled by an external company, they set up all our PCs to be in a domain etc. could it be that the domain settings are blocking it? Is there any way to check or some particular info I could forward to our admins?

          Can you also check if your Firewall/antivirus configuration is not blocking the 3ds max or Chaos Cosmos connections/disable them and see if the issue persists? If you're still having issues, would it be possible to contact us through our contact form so you can get further assistance?

          Edit: Sorry, just saw there are more posts below disregard this message - however, do check with the external company as already suggested, and get back to us if they are not able to assist.

              newzboy did you manage to contact us through https://www.chaosgroup.com/help/cont...scene#options? I cannot find a ticket from you on our system, if you've reached us you should've received a ticket reference number - can you share the digits so I can find it? Thanks!

                I have got the same error, and found out that I am unable to start the cosmos browser service. Perhaps it's the same for the threadstarter, Did you solve this?
                EDIT: Solved. I actually forgot the correct syntax in the json file as you mentioned. Just added one more \ and then it worked.
