It's killing me! I have tried for two days to render this out. It was rendering fine until I upgraded to 5.1.

Do you have any effects in the Effects tab in the Environment and Effects tab ?

I do have PSD Manager and VRayAerialPerspective. It happened on another project as well.

Could you try without them - or send a scene to our support ?

Yes, I'll sure try if it happens again. If not, I'll send the file. I suspected it was PSD Manager, but it isn't happening on my newest projects.

If you have a scene file I would be happy to look at it too. So far I'm not aware of any V-Ray 5.1 specific issues/changes that would effect psd-manager 5 and would require a change on the psd-manager side.
Do you recall if the PSD file was saved successfully when the error occurred (or if not could you save it later via "Save Now")?

No, PSD Manager didn't save.

Empty file (0 bytes) / partially saved file / no file saved / previous file not overwritten / don't know?
Did you try saving using psd-manager 5's "Save Now" button after the error occurred?

It crashed with the PSD Manager still saving.
