3Ds max 2022 doesn't show Vray materialls

Hi,

We've recently updated from 3DS max 2021 to 2022, and installed the updated Vray application.
Everything is ok besides we cannot insert Vray Materials - it doesn't show their textures.

Any ideas?

Can you provide some example screenshots? Is it that nothing is shown in the preview swatches, or the materials do not appear in the render at all?

If that's not it, please describe where are these textures taken from (i.e., shared network location or locally); are they appearing in the Asset Tracking dialogue, and if not - are the project file paths configured accordingly, etc.
