Vr-ay Exposure Camera Node disallows camera selection

V-ray Exposure Camera Node disallows camera selection -

I have had this issue in 5.x and now 5.2 V-ray.
When I use V-ray Exposure Control, the select camera button will not list any cameras.
Is there a special way to add a V-ray physical camera to the camera node?
Or is there another setting that must be enabled (or disabled) to permit camera selection for the Camera Node setting?

Where "camera node" says None, I do not know how to select the desired camera.

After you press "none" you can click on a camera in viewport.
Alternatively, you can click on a camera in the scene explorer.
Lastly, you can press H and bring up a floater of the scene explorer used to select.

Ahah if so, then that makes two of us!
Not only the hiding, but also the filtering on the selection panel should be considered. XD
