Render ID RE not saving to Multichannel EXR

my Render ID is not being recognised by after effects (fnord EXR) when I check the file in photoshop (EXRio) the Render ID channel is blank.

Is this a known bug, or something else going on?

Thanks, that explains PS, but not why my RenderID didn't show up in AE.

In After Effects, use the "IDentifier" effect to extract the channel from the .exr.

Ah excellent, thanks. Would probably help if I read the Ffnod docs, I thought you could get eveything from Extractor
