  • vfb image vs saved image accuracy

Hello, It's been a while that I am struggling with the color management in the vray frame buffer. I'm using vray 6 1.2 and 3dsmax 2024, had same issue in 3dsmax 2023.

My saved images look way different once saved as jpeg. I like how my renders are in the frame buffer, with the default sRGB display correction, wich I read being the profile I should use.
But when I save the render, the jpeg looks more like the Gamma 2.2 correction. Can you tell me how to export the default srgb render or what is the correct workflow I should be following, as am completely lost regarding the color accuracy, despite working on a professional calibrated screen?
All solutions I found were concerning people moving the "exposure (display only)" values, but here that is not the case.

    Thank you in advance

Here are captures showing the jpeg vs frame buffer with both display modes to help you see the issue:

If that help, here are the color management settings. Saved jpeg are exported in 2.2gamma. I noticed the same issue with png48bits, only difference being having smooth gradients because of more bits. But the saved render really looks more alike the gamma2.2 display in the frame buffer than the srgb.
We noticed same issue on my collaborator's computer.

Is the "Lookup Table" layer option "Save in image" checked?
