Calculate sharpen/blur, layer off not doing anything

So as the title suggests, if calculate sharpen/blur is enabled, but the layer itself is set to off, it doesn't disable the effect.

Did you test this using IPR? If the Post effects rate (Render Setup> Settings> System) is not set to 0, the Sharpen/Blur layer will re-enable itself.

No not during IPR.

- Reproduce this by enabling calculate sharpen/blur in the sharpen/blur layer. > The layer turns on automatically.
- Now turn the layer off > nothing changes
- Now turn Calculate Sharpen/Blur off > it's turned off

So in short when Calculate Sharpen/Blur is active, disabling the layer doesn't do anything.

Yeh I notice this too with denoiser in VFB. Using the on / off tools doesnt always turn on and off. (I notice this in Maya btw)

Do you by any chance have Lens effects with "Create effectsResult channel" active? There's a known issue (internal bug-tracker id: VMAX-12578 ) where Sharpen/Blur is always active in this scenario.
