  • Profiler error: Could not find an importer for the provided eventData. A fix?

As the title. I can't find much online related to this and Vray specifically.
    I'm using hotfix 1.

Looks like an error from Google Tracer. You're trying to open the VRayProfiler's .HTML file, correct? Does it work when loading the .json file here instead?

EDIT: Attach the files, so I can test it.

Thanks for the link, which was a solution. The .json found a shader with a backslash in the name, which was the cause

I do have one more question though. How is it possible to increase the display of the data horizontally, as you can see that e.g. it only reads '89% materi...', making it tricky to know what it's indicating.

Try "ctrl" + scrolling to increase/decrease the scale.

Hehe, no, that is just to scale an entire page contents. What I meant is the individually coloured and named data blocks of the result. I forgot to attach the result before, so you can see here and hopefully it makes sense.

            EDIT: Aha! It's Alt-scroll

Well, that is an extremely useful tool and it identified a stupidly complex, probably now very old, ForestPack tree shader that was adding massively to overall times.
              How I do like progress

              Thanks Chaos peeps.
