Hi all,
I am using 'high' for my IR map settings with HShp at 50 and Interp Samples at 20, and I am getting the following results on the buckets, (notice the difference between the buckets) you can actually see where the bucket was on the image
The AA is low purely for speed so please ignore that issue. Also I am using LC as the sec bounce. When I studied the whole image I realised this issue appeared only on the chrome material. So now I am thinking is a material issue. I am not using DR.
Update: I simplified my scene to just a sphere+plane and used the same chrome material, same problem, replaced the material with and it rendered out fine,
here are the settings for the material that is giving me the unfavourable results
I purposely made the depth and subdivs of the material the same as the good material thing that that was the issue.
I have used this material before and I havent noticed any issues,
As always any help is appreciated,
cheers,
Tom
