Mmmh.
The issue with RC3 has been around from when the RC was out.
A well known one, with well known (thanks to lukx, sticky post) workarounds.
Being small, with tight deadlines, big challenges, [whatever you wish to put in here] seems a petty excuse for not doing your homework.
That would consist in reading half an hour per night on your precious free time through the forum, which was BUILT with the idea of being the first tech support option for us all.
Of course, work less beforehand, panic when the deadline approaches.
It was the same for me back at school a good while back, it's been the same for every job (big or small) i undertook and undertake from then onward.
Problem is, panicking publicly isn't a very good show.
Much less elegant than that is "threatening" not to buy more licenses (what a mouthful, matey.) or to switch renderers.
Your best investment would well be to try and learn the very adaptive tools you have at hand, rather than outing as you did.
And your best mate on very large forums like this one (large and dense of infos, for that matter) is a proper search.
WELL AWAY from a deadline

WELL AWAY from a deadline
Lele
come on guys.. peace man!!.. I did not threaten, i was not childish, I have not slagged anyone off. I commented on Vray's apparent slow response time (a good few days) was a little worrying....
we are a successful company and mange alot of our projects very well, deal with very demanding clients and I have a good understanding of the tools we use. I spend lots of time pouring over this forum and would like to contribute my knowlege, feedback and opinions where i can too. I'm not into petty excuses, maybe i could have chosen some words more carefully,
anyway, I think everyone is over reacting now, let all be friends instead!!!

I would kindly ask you to stop any further off-topic talkings, otherwise the thread would be deleted.
For the matter of the problem, as Lele said, this is a known issue from the day RC3 was released. Glad you made your deadlines though.
As for the delays of the email, etc., please consider that there might be other cases, which somehow had influenced one or another reaction(delays) from our side. Just to keep that in mind.
