ok scene is very bright (overexpo) here, and grass map is missing...
anyway, try tu use Lc prefiltering (something between 16 and 32)
for speed testings, override all mats with a Vray standard gray mat, to see where the problem is coming from.
idem for lights, just play with sun, and progressively activate your lights one by one..
you can, too raise a little your Irrmap interp samples, 20 is a low value.. and/or increase hsp subdivs..
