  • Lele exposimeter preview fine but then...

    Hi all

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but here goes:

I have an indoor scene without windows and so NO sun. My gamma is set to 2.2 etc (the lwf thing). Colour mapping linear and gamma 2.2. I'm using physical vray cam with default settings. I run exposimeter hit expose and the preview looks pretty good. Directly after this I hit F9 to render and my scene looks like a nuclear explotion. I'm using mostly default render settings. Quadratic aa with adaptive DMC. IR and lightcache. IR on low preset for test and lightcache on 250 for test. Please help!
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

A problem I have had in the past, is that under the Environment tab, exposure settings, Logarithmic exposure was activated after using the exposimeter. Once I turn that off everything was back to normal.

I checked but that isnt it.

I've given up on that idea and using non lwf, non gamma, old school stuff
deadline is tomorrow morning and it is now 19:00 here

thanks anyways, I'll remember the tips for next time
          Kind Regards,
