  • Material question

    I try to recreate this material, but cant make it.
    If somone can help me in the good direction.

    blue diffuse,
    reflection set to white, fresnel with an ior of something like 3.0 (it appears to be just a little more reflective on the sides, or maybe that's just the environment reflecting)

      try it already with those settings ,
      but aint getting the same darker center in my sphere

      im out of thoughts about it, my deadlin is monday.

      Help would be appriciated

        hmmm.. maybe instead of fresnell use a falloff map in the reflectionslot, from blue to white, then use the falloff graph-line to alter reflectionblue-ishness to your liking

            it's dark in the middle because it's reflecting a dark environment behind and has lights on the sides.

                Pretty close, a bit overexposed. You can make the ground a bit darker too probably without losing the white look, but it might make the reflection a bit better.
