Search your computer for other plugin.ini files; sometimes there is one in the local user settings folder also ("c:\users" on Windows Vista, "c:\documents and settings" on Windows XP), and make sure they are also correct.

As I was saying before, I only have 2 plugin.ini and they are identicals.

I've search "error code" 1073741795 in google, and I've found someone having the same error with the BusyRay renderer in Max. The site admin replied: "Most probably it is because your PC does not support SSE instructions. You have to use P3 or higher CPU."

We have 14 machines rendering, and the two non working machines are the only AMD we have.
        Could be a clue?

The 126 error is definitely because of wrong plugin.ini file; otherwise, SP3 requires a SSE2-capable processor to run.

I've checked both machines, and they're not SSE2 capable (Athlon XP 2400+).
It's a shame this new service pack can't run with older CPUs.

              It's a shame !!! I think you're going a little bit to far...
I understand your disappointment, but some time you have to move on.

Chaos group is doing is best, you're not fair :
SSE2 was introduced in 2001 (Pentium 4), 8 years... First AMD SSE 2003 (6 years)

I'm deeply sorry... And I understand your frustration...
I hope you can change those two computers for more recent.

              Best regards...
