This is a problem that I have been dealing with since SP3 and never got an answer:
please look at the image:
I use a simple VRay material for the windows elements and get some buckets rendering with different tones - Note that there is no map used in this material - just plain material.
reflection is set to about 10 but other than thta - nothing
I had thgis problem even with WARD and Phong in the BRDF.
As you can see the other area were rendered OK.
BTW - I only noticed this in a Birdseye view render and not in the view taken form a human eye level....
