  • How to save and RPF animation image?

    hi everyone,
I use for the first time the VRAYCAMERA et VRAY FRAME BUFFER for an animation.
I can't figure out how to save each frame in RPF with the gamma, color etc I made in the vray Frame buffer.
I though I only need to save as always in the common roll-out of max, but in Combustion2008 no color correction is apply, it remain as the "basic" image before any color/gamma/.. of the vray frame buffer. Witch is really not good.
    Any help would be great.

I need rpf because I have to had Motion blur, Zdeph fog, Color Id correction...

    Thank a lot
    Olivier.

you have to use the EXR format ... you get all the renderelements with it
activate: render Vray image raw file and choose a name like: test_.exr
all activated renderelmets will be inside the exr file

        Thanks,

I just tested this solution, but I come across an other problem : inside Combustion the Image looks totally blown-out. try a gamma correction decrease but can figure out how to get it right.

For now I trying separates files and a Combustion G-buffer builder. Not my favorite way to go , but seems good for now.

        any clue?
