Vray Fast SSS2 general help

I don't have much experience with Fast SSS2. Can anyone recommend how to use Fast SSS2 with GI? I'm getting a lot of flickering. The object is a animated robot. So baking the GI isn't an option. Any advice would be great. Thank you

Is the flickering due to the GI or it comes from the fast sss2 material itself?

I did a test with no GI and it seems the flickering is coming from fast sss2 material itself.
