My computer is crashing (BSOD) all of a sudden, and it is connected to my Vray license dongle. Anyone had any issues with them causing that kind of error?

Oddly, the dongle is lit up with an internal LED now, and it never did that before. I never realized there was an LED in it!
The only new software that I can think of that I installed was a demo of Thinkbox "Frost" and it modified the license service for that - but it has been running the same license server for ages for Krakatoa and I had no issues then.
Does this seem like a hardware fault in the dongle? If so, how can I get it replaced ASAP as I have work cooking this week and can't lose Vray!
Thanks /b
