VRayHairMtl and motion blur problem

Recently I've made a test that shows that VRayHairMtl works only with camera motion blur.
With static camera it looks like this:

Is it a bug, or have I some bad setup?

If you used the 3ds Max Hair&Fur for this, you need to go into the hair emitter object properties and enable the Object motion blur setting as described here: http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/200R...er_hairfur.htm

You may also have to adjust the motion blur options in the Hair&Fur render effect, as they are the ones that will be used to determine the motion blur interval for the hair, rather than the V-Ray settings for duration, interval center etc.
