I'd like to report a bug in V-Ray 2.40.04.
When a V-Ray light has "Ignore light normals" unchecked, the render elements after composing doesn't match the overall RGB color.
The way I do the composing in Photoshop:
GI
Lighting
Reflections
Refractions
Speculars
All 5 layers in Linear Dodge (Add) mode.
When the light uses default settings (Ignore light normals is checked) then the composing is fine and all matches.
I can provide a test scene but it's easily reproducible with just one grey box sitting on a plane and a v-ray light shining down on it.
