Vray Frame Buffer

The problem as follow : when I click on Vray Frame Buffer after the end of any render 3dsmax goes in error what's wrong?

I have 3dsmax 2013 and Vray 2.40.04

I was wrong I mean crash

when render is done if I click on any button on VFB 3dsmax goes in crash

Does it happen every time or it appears just randomly ?
Have you tried to reinstall Vray , if not please do it and run the same test again.
If the issue still persist please send us an email to support@chaosgroup.com in order to schedule remote meeting.

Same big problem here....
VRB causes an 3dsmax APPHangB1...!!
Reinstall vray 3.01 does´nt help...switch to direct3d viewport does´t help
merge in new scene..no results...
3dsmax 2014 x64...
..any solutions???

Does it happen for this scene in particular? If yes, can you send it to us to vray@chaogroup.com so that we can reproduce the problem and fix it?

Also, if you get the 3ds Max CER dialog after the crash, can you send me the latest 3dsmax_minidump.dmp file from your temp folder (type %temp% in Windows Explorer to go there) to vlado@chaosgroup.com - it will tell me what crashed and where.

find the bug! There was standard normal map inside a vray proxy... switched to vraynormalmap brings the solution.... seems to be a bug, when using standard normal map inside a vray proxy...
