your "edge length" is on default 4 pixels. Change it to 2 (it will use more ram, but look much better) In extreme cases you can set it to 1 pixel, but that will make your render CRAWL very slowly

subdivide your faces that have displacement before rendering. Sometimes large flat areas with openings will get split up by vray into long skinny triangles. Siding like that is especially prone to get that jagged look. Sometimes it's quicker to just model the siding instead of tinkering with displacement.
