Is Vray Lens Effects broken?

Maybe im not doing something right

A. VrayLight
1. Create vray light
2. Effects> VrayLensEffects> Bloom on, Glare on, Check on Interactive,
3. Render
4. Nothing happens, I get just the white sphere and no effects
5. Play with parameters , nothing happens again.

B. Sphere with VrayLightmat
1.Create sphere
2. Apply vraylightmat
3. Effects> VrayLensEffects> Bloom on, Glare on, Check on Interactive,
4. Render
5. Nothing happens, I get just the white sphere and no effects
6. Play with parameters , nothing happens again.

Did i miss something to make it work?

Lens Effects will be probably removed from Environment Panel since they work a bit buggy if at the same time they are activated from VFB.
I did a quick test and I got the same behavior here but they worked fine from from VFB.

Could you please try to activate them only from VFB window and run the same test?
