Lighting issue

I am a 3ds max 2014 and VRay 2.40.04

I have some problem with my reflection and lighting problem here,
i have been try out a lot of test and re-build the floor model but it cannot solve my problem,

i attched the scene file and some jpeg for your preview.
please help.

It's hard to say what is going on; we really need the scene. I see that you misspelled the email address (it should be support@chaosgroup.com) - can you try to email us again (without the scene first)?

when i sent the blank email i get auto-reply from chaosgroup, but when i try to sent email with jpeg and max file attachment, it fail,
i have sent the error message to support@chaosgroup.com also. please check thank you.

22mb is too big file for our mail.
However, we have sent you information about how to access our FTP server. Please try to upload the file there.

It really looks like there's duplicate faces on the ceiling and floor here - could use try changing the secondary ray bias in the global settings of your render dialog. It's 0.000 by default, it could be worth changing it to 0.01 and see if it makes a difference. If it does, there's a problem with your geometry.
