The License Server 3.0 Only installer and a multi-byte character problem.

With "The License Server 3.0" Only installer currently released by ChaosGroup account

It will become an error if an installer is The License Server 3.0 Only installer with a multi-byte character path.

And, in XP, if a multi-byte character user name is used, installation will not be successful.

Actually you could workaround it by using the latest V-Ray 3.00.07 and choose "License server only" installation type. It will install the same license server version as the one available on our web site, but without the plugins.
