  • animated camera causes vray rt to render blank frames

I'm running vray 3.007 with max 2014 under win7 with an nvidia card.

I have a scene with an animated object and animated camera

VRAY RT gpu renders the first fame correctly ( in seconds using the GPU )

All other frames are completely black ( alpha channel is also black )

I'm using the default irradiance map / brute force options for GI.

The irradiance map preset is set to 'High - animation' and the mode set to 'single frame'

this has got to be a bug ?

    Note:

To hack a fix I back-animated the entire world to move while the camera remained static. The scene renders ok even with animated lights... but as soon as I animate the camera the render fails with black frames

Can you send me a stripped version of the scene - leave just the camera, lights and some simple geometry ? peter.matanov@chaosgroup.com
If it was that easy, it would have already been done
