    Would it be possible to attach a scene which reproduce the issue? The attached one works fine according to my tests.

      Here you go! I thought I had included them in the last file. Sorry. What's worse is that I didn't save the original file when I put new windows in! So I added the "problem windows" back in and the issue is back (however, it is much less pronounced). But I can certainly see the darker buckets from my local machine again if I look real close at it. So it's definitely something with those dang windows.

        The issue is not related to the windows-geometry itself, it is most probably a map applied to it.
        I have tested the attached scene but I couldn't see any buckets discrepancies:

        In the log file which you've posted earlier when "Check of missing files" is enabled there is a message about Missing Maps - and each machine which doesn't have access to that map is excluded from the rendering. Check if you got the same message if "missing maps" option is activated and the window is deleted - if it renders successfully then it is certain that the missing map is assigned on the window-geometry.
