Just a note about this problem so when I come again here I can remember! lol
We ca also set the alphas (for diffuseFilter, rawLighting, rawRef and refFilter) to straight so we don't need to use the beauty's alpha at the end. When we look on a black blackground straight alpha can look like they leave a very thin white fringe around an object, but as soon as we add another layer at the back, it's gone and gives the same result as setting the alphas to ignore and applying the beauty pass' alpha.
