We just got told that "Your request has been transferred to our sales team" for some reason (?)

Ive started to uninstall updates from the farm but its going to take hours, nightmare...

Access to the Nightly Builds is given after authorization from Sales Department.
Once Sales Team approves your request Support Department will give you access to the Nightlies and you will receive automatic email with additional information from our system.

I still get the slave not responding message in the vraylog window. Like you say it could be a multitude of issues tho not specifically relating to sp3...
