This showed up several vray versions versions ago but is back as a bug.
If the cameras are hidden or checked in HIDE BY CATEGORY in max and you have vertical tilt greater or less than 0 to correct keystoning then you get the bug and the vieport displays the vray camera with distortion. Uncheck it it straightens it out. Check it and it comes back. Anytime the camera is hidden actually it DOESNT show the vertical tilt. As a matter of fact no setting works for tilt if the camera is hidden. Acts like that feature is deactivated. Renders fine but a pain.
We just upgraded from 3.00 to 3.10.02 and the issue is back in Max 2012 and Max 2014. We'll make a note of upgrading as soon as the newest version is out!Carlos Grande

Soon V-Ray 3.10.03 will be uploaded and there will be a "quick fix" - that means in most of the cases hiding the cameras will not affect the tilt. Note that if you save your scene with hidden cameras and load it - there will be no tilt effect in the viewport and you will have to check-uncheck "Cameras" in Hide By Category. As I said this is not the final fix, but I think it should do the work until a better solution is found. If it was that easy, it would have already been done
