I have come across some unexpected behaviour with the SSS shaders and motion blur when light linking is used in a scene.
It is as though the light link is ignored for the subsurface component when motion blur is enabled on a VrayPhysicalCamera (Behaves when motion blur is enabled globally in the render settings )
I have attached a simple scene image to highlight the issue. Images should be the same but aren't.
