  • [Minor Bug?] VRayPhysicalCamera shift not keyable at frame zero?

    Steps to reproduce:

    1) New Scene
    2) Create a VRayPhysicalCamera
    3) Adjust Camera parameters so that horizontal and vertical shift is any value other than zero
    3) Go to frame 100
    4) enable autokey
    5) change horizontal and vertical shift parameters (and also any P/R/S)

    Expected behaviour:
Autokey automatically creates a key at frame 0 and 100 with the correct values

    Observed behaviour:
Max creates the keys for shifts at frame 1 instead of frame zero. Key for transformations are correctly created at frame 0
If trying to move the shift keys from frame 1 to frame 0 they reset to value 0 at frame 0 and not to the set values of reproduction step 3.

Edit: Apparently its only in my scene where it doesnt get properly adjusted when the keyframe is moved to frame 0.
Nonetheless it gets created at 1.

    Hi,

I can confirm that it works fine here too. The key is always created at frame zero.
If you post the scene i can have a look at it.

The problem is not with your scene Art48, it is your 3ds max version : you are using 3ds max design. I don't know for what obscure reason, adsk decided to set the time range from 1 to 100 instead of 0 to 100 for the design version...
You can change this in Preferences>Animation Tab>Auto Key Default Frame
