  • 3D Displacement

I know I asked before, but I can't find it with a search. I have some walls with a 3D displacement and some areas goes wonky (teething). I don't have an example, but hopefully you guys know what I mean. When I switch it to 2D, all is good. I need 3D so the corners are clean.

It's just a line extruded. I'll look into the keep continuity, thanks.

I´d also either tip geometry or UVs. Did you unwrap the geometry or does it use standard box mapping?

We get this too. Try sticking a subdivide monitor on there under the displacement and UVW modifiers.

For this one, 2D is working just fine. I'll look into Railclone for the next project.
