    Hi there;

    I sent out an email to support@chaosgroup.com regarding upgrading. Monika replied to me and asked for more information, which I replied back to her.

    I did not receive a reply after that. I sent out the reply again a week later and still, no reply. I resent the reply for the third time a week after that, and still no reply. I really would like to see if I can get this going. My ticket # is 687922.

    I don't have a spam filter activated so I'm pretty sure replies were not filtered out.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks for the pointer; will check what happened and I'll see if it's somethng that I can help with (these two days are official holidays in Bulgaria.)

      I've asked someone from our sales guys to look into it, but they will be able to reply on Monday.

      In the meantime though, it could be useful to find a local reseller and ask what they can offer you - usually we don't do direct sales ourselves, and chances are that you will be redirected to one of our resellers anyways.
