I've got to render a camera sequence of just one particular object. The fastest way for me is to use the "Render mask" feature with the option "Selected". It works excellent if I render directly in Max but if I send the job for render to Backburner, an error appears and rendering can't start. I tried with a simple teapot scene and doesn't work there either. For Max and Vray versions check signature.

EDIT: I just found out that this feature doesn't really work for animations since the frame buffer isn't cleared when a new frame starts rendering. Is this normal? I'm getting something like a trails effect where the object trajectory is along the animation because of this. Anyways, I will just use good old "matte" to achieve what I want.
