  • Denoiser on animation don t find noise level render element

    Hello,

I rendered an animation with backburner and the noise render elements.
When I try to use the Denoise tool command line I got this error :
error: Input image does not contain a noise level render element; use the -threshold option to manually specify average image noise level

I added the VrayDenoiser and VrayNoiseLevel.

You can check the exr here :

Any idea what I got wrong ?

Hm, the element is there indeed, let me debug this to see what happens.

    Best regards,

It looks like the denoiser expects the render element to be named "noiseLevel" instead of "VRayNoiseLevel"; I fixed this and I can get you an updated version of the denoiser if you email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com

        That was fast .
        Thanks, I sent an email.

I tested the denoise without the noiselevel and I had some flickering happening (no flickering without).
Hope it will help to smooth everything.
