  • White noise

    am using bf and light cache but having some weird noise issue,any clues?

    Does it help if you disable reflective GI caustics? If possible, I want to take a look at that part of the scene to see what causes them.

      No it doesnt help at all, who should i send the scene to? you or just support? sent it to support just now

        Could be double faces or fireflies. Do you have max ray intensity enabled? If not, try to do that. Also try setting the secondary ray bias to something like 0.01 or 0.001.

                not fully sure, will double check it, sent it to support to have a look though, couldn't bother doing too much investigating which is terrible on my side, i think there are no double faces there

                  lit by the sun and a hdri in the environment, few portals in the large windows and come plane lights under the area with the trouble but i don't think the plane lights should be causing that since they on default settings and just providing some fill lighting for effect over some counters
