  • Multimatte - flipped normals?

    Hi all

I have a bunch of objects and some of the polys in the objects are flipped (I think). Although all elements looks fine and beauty is ok, it seems multimatte gets confused with flipped normals. Can we get some kind of "2 sided" switch in multimatte to ignore normals?

It might be something totally different, but I'm suspecting flippen normals at this stage...
    Kind Regards,

In a simple test it doesn't seem to be the normals. A scene will be most helpful.
If it was that easy, it would have already been done

Next guess is double geometry. Will test as soon as project is done...

That was my second guess as well. If this is your case and it's not possible to remove the duplicating geometry - assign the needed property (whatever you are using - object ID or material ID) to the duplicate.
