Check the lights shadow bias. Try setting it to 0.2mm
Also check LC leak prevention 0.8 should be fine. Check LC retrace. 2 should be fine
In that render it looks like the fitting is away from the ceiling...
Check your elements if it's in GI or Lighting or BothKind Regards,
