task manager " no response" when clicking into vray window while rendering

hi,
i have here a problem with one machine.
if i render locally and click onto a open window (vray-messages-vrayframebuffer-rendering window) i get a no-responce of one or all open windows and rendering hangs.
if i only go over the vrayframebuffer with the mouse, it changes the rendering bucket position, so everything is okai, but if i click into the window it hangs.
i tested this on another workstation and all is ok.
i did a restart of my windows, i did a new install of vray 3-60-01
running 3dsmax 2018 update1

any ideas where to check what?

Could you try to do the following tests and then give us feedback with your results:

- Trun off Multi-threading option(Customize>Preferences>Rendering) and see if the issue is still present.
- Try installing the latest available V-Ray and check for the issue again.

Rendering with 15% processor ... Sure it doesn't hangs

Unfortunately this might not be V-Ray related and at this point you could render with low-thread priority or try using only one core on the machine that is more likely to become unresponsive.
