IPR doesn't seem to update bitmap textures loaded with VrayHDRI when editing and saving them (ie Photoshop). Even clicking the IPR refresh button in VFB (the green arrows) and the Reload button in the HDRI map doesn't cause the texture to update in IPR. I have to completely stop IPR and start it again for the edited textures loaded with VrayHDRI to update. This doesn't happen with the Bitmap map.

Hi,
I just wanted to let you know that this issue still exists in Vray Next Beta 2. Hopefully the fix is going to make it in the official release of Vray 4.0.Aleksandar Mitov

Sadly still not working in the official release of Vray Next. I'm using VrayHDRI almost exclusively these days so hopefully it will not take long to get looked into. Not fun to stop and start IPR every time a texture has changed. Thanks in advance!Aleksandar Mitov

Seems like an ipr show stopper with having to wait for all the rendering preparation then :-/
will wait with hdrimap usage then. Something tells me this will take a while to fix it must be way down the list unfortunatelly.Martin

Hi,
I was wondering, what's the status of this issue? It's been almost 5 years and I still have this problem in Vray 6. Starting and stopping IPR every time I want to try a different texture is getting really tiresome. It's especially bad with bigger scenes where it takes a while for IPR to even start rendering. It's a real productivity killer. I'm genuinely surprised that no one else has complained about this.Aleksandar Mitov
